The Walsh Group promotes Rhonda Ceska to Vice President of Human Resources
CHICAGO, IL - The Walsh Group, one of the largest construction service providers in the United States, has announced the promotion of Rhonda Ceska to Vice President of Human Resources.
As Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Ceska will oversee all HR functions, including employee records, benefit plans, and the implementation of company policies in coordination with corporate departments and business lines. She will lead and manage The Walsh Group鈥檚 corporate HR team by setting objectives, delegating tasks, ensuring project completion, and fostering staff development.

Ceska has 25 years of experience with The Walsh Group and previously served as the company鈥檚 Director of Human Resources. From benefits to policies to trainings, Ceska is exploring and delivering improvements to company procedures that further support our organizational effectiveness. Most recently, she played a key leadership role in the successful rollout of a comprehensive human capital management system, streamlining HR operations and enhancing workforce data integration across the company.
