DALLAS - Archer AG百家乐在线赌场官网stern Construction has poured the final bucket of concrete atop The Victor, topping out the luxury for-rent residential high-rise community located on the northeast corner of Olive Street and Victory Park Lane in Dallas' Victory Park neighborhood. The Archer AG百家乐在线赌场官网stern team also placed Miraculous Medals in the final concrete pour, a tradition practiced across Archer AG百家乐在线赌场官网stern and The Walsh Group for more than six decades.
The Victor, a community developed by Hines, will be comprised of 344 luxury residences, and the 39-story high-rise tower will stand taller than any other residential community in Victory Park.
